# Get Talent Competences Results Report

GET https://www.crehana.com/api/v5/rest/org/{organization_slug}/reports/talent/competences-results/

Talent report: competences results per collaborator and process.

One row per evaluated collaborator and competences process, with the result
exactly as Talent shows it once the process result scale is applied
(`configured_scale_result`, `configured_percentage_result`) plus the level of the
process semaphore (`configured_label`).
Collaborators without a result yet come with those fields null. Rows are ordered
by process and collaborator; page through them with `cursor` / `next_cursor`.

- `organization_slug` (string, required)

### Query parameters

- `evaluation_id` (integer, optional) — Id of the competences evaluation in Talent (the number the admin sees when configuring the process). Without it the report covers every competences process of the organization.
- `centralized_user_id` (integer, optional) — **Centralized** id of the collaborator to filter by. Note: this is not the learning `user_id` used by the `/reports/learning/…` reports — for the same person they are different numbers.
- `limit` (integer, optional, default: 100) — Rows per page, up to 500. Defaults to 100 when omitted.
- `cursor` (string, optional) — Cursor for the next page. Take it from `next_cursor` in the previous response and send it back unchanged; it is opaque. Omit it for the first page.

## Types

### TalentCompetencesResultReport

One row per evaluated collaborator and competences process.

- `evaluation_id` (integer, optional) — Numeric id of the competences evaluation in Talent — the one the admin sees and the one accepted by the `evaluation_id` filter. Null when the process id does not follow the `4M<id>P` encoding.
- `process_id` (string, optional) — Process id as stored by Talent (`4M<id>P`).
- `process_name` (string, optional)
- `process_status` (string, optional) — Process status as emitted by Talent (`FINISHED`, …), untranslated.
- `process_end_date` (date, optional)
- `max_scale` (double, optional) — Top of the process scale (5 for a 1–5 scale, 100 for a 1–100 one). It is the unit of `configured_scale_result`.
- `employee_id` (integer, optional) — Collaborator id in Talent.
- `centralized_user_id` (integer, optional) — **Centralized** id of the collaborator — the one accepted by the `centralized_user_id` filter. Not the learning `user_id`.

- `user_status` (string, optional) — Collaborator status in the organization (`active`, `inactive`, …). Inactive collaborators are included: they may hold results the integration needs.

- `evaluation_type` (string, optional) — How the process weighted the relations (`COMPETENCE_WEIGHT`, `RELATION_WEIGHT`, …), as emitted by Talent.
- `configured_scale_result` (double, optional) — Overall result in the **process scale** (see `max_scale`), with the process result configuration applied.
- `configured_percentage_result` (double, optional) — Overall result as a **percentage** (normally 0–100), with the process scale configuration applied — the value Talent displays. Sent raw: a small fraction of rows (~1 %) exceeds 100 because of atypical scale configurations, so do not validate against a hard 100 and clamp to [0, 100] before averaging. Null when the collaborator has no result yet.
- `configured_label` (string, optional) — Level reached, resolved by Talent from the process semaphore configuration (`Cumple`, `Sobrepasa`, …). Free text per organization.
- `updated_at` (datetime, optional) — Last update of the result at the source (UTC).
